Haylee Press, 10, hugs one of the many Corona firefighters that chauffeured her in a fire truck to the Ontario International Airport on October 14, 2003. There she boarded a plane to New York to undergo surgery for her epileptic seizures. Volunteers from Corona Fire Department also helped raise money to assist Haylee’s family with the expenses.
